BASIC CANCELLATION POLICY

In the case of cancelled reservations the following charges apply:
If canceled or modified up to 20 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If canceled or modified up to 10 days before date of arrival, 100 % of the first night will be charged.

If canceled or modified up to 9 days before the date of arrival, 100 % of the first two nights will be charged. If canceled or modified later, 50 % of the total price of the reservation will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. In case of earlier departure the total amount of the remaining stay will be charged.
